PALE MOON
It's a universally accepted fact that ghosts, werewolves, and such exist. The problem is how to deal with that. Some people set up Ghost Tours, showing tourists around the places where trapped spirits keep reliving their deaths. An enterprising corporation invents the SD-- the Supernatural Detector, which will go off should a vampire or werewolf masquerading as a "normal" approach. And some people, like Elspeth, try to create a place that's a haven from politics and modern-day witch hunts. That plan works better on some days than others.
